O'henleys Ice Cream and Treats
So we are a small at home business producing freshly made ice creams and baking.
We keep our ingredients to a minimum and don't add any artificial flavours, colours, preservatives or any additives.
Our Ice Creams are made using fresh double cream, full fat milk, egg yolks and as little sugar as possible.
We make our own flavours apart from the chocolate and for that we use Callebaut Chocolate. This is a really nice smooth and intense chocolate that gives a lovely flavour and texture to the ice cream.
So you know if your buying Tablet Ice Cream the Tablet was made by me and this is the same for all of our flavours.
Our baking changes all the time and we are always happy to receive requests for different cakes and bakes.
At the moment we are making bread but just White and Brown loaves.
