This is a small family business. My Sister grows the fruit and I process what isn't sold fresh into jams and preserves. In making the jams and marmalade, I use 40% sugar which gives a better taste, and is better for you.All my products are made at home in small quantities, so larger orders would require a bit more notice but can be done.
