We produce a variety of tasty nutritious microgreens using organic seed and organic soil.
Microgreens, are greens harvested just after the first leaves develop they are packed with flavour and often contain up to 40% more nutrients than there fully grown forms. We harvest them on the morning of the markets to deliver the freshest possible product.
