Mella started making fudge with her mother at a very young age in Bantry, and many years later realised there wasn't any sumptuous old-fashioned fudge on the market, and thus the business began. Today we make crumbly buttery fudge in the heart of West Cork using local butter. The fudge is made in a traditional way in small batches, to ensure the best possible quality every single time. We make a range of flavours, with our core range being Vanilla, Salted Caramel, Dark Chocolate, Irish Cream Liqueur and Rum & Raisin. We also make short runs of other flavours on a monthly basis.
