Let’s Eat Cake was started in September 2020, after working in hotels for the past few years I decided to move home to Cashel and give my own thing a try and I am delighted I did. From cupcakes, brownies, macarons to celebration cakes everything is made with the best of ingredients, free range eggs and real Irish butter are a must! I hope you enjoy what I bake as much as I love making them!
