La Crêperie
Having worked in a crêperie in Brittany, where crêpes and galettes are a popular part of the Breton culinary tradition, we decided to set up our own crêpe stall back home, at the farmers market of Skibbereen and Bantry (last summer).
And now, we are happy to join our local neighbourfood group here in Ballydehob and Bantry. We are offering you freshly made organic buckwheat galettes, sweet crêpes and our sauce 'au chocolat'.
The buckwheat galettes are ready to use as a wrap, or heated with ingredients of your choice. We can also prepare them for you with a choice of delicious fillings perfect for brunch, lunch, or supper, easy to heat on a pan in just a few minutes!
The sweet crêpes are also made with organic ingredients and ready to eat, warmed with your favourite toppings, or try them with our homemade chocolate sauce, which is equally delicious on the buckwheat galette!
