Knead is a small, local business producing freshly baked artisan sourdough breads and a selection of baked goods. The sourdough breads are produced in small batches using fresh locally sourced ingredients. My selection of breads include plain white, sun-dried tomato, walnut and multiseed sourdough.
The secret behind these good quality breads are four simple ingredients; flour, water, salt and TIME. The sourdough process takes an average of 48 hours. This gives the bread it's distinctive delicious flavour and nutritious qualities that make it easier to digest.
