Italba Dining, Chef owner Nelson Reposo creates beautifully simple Italian dishes using the finest of Scotland’s fresh in ingredients.
In March 2020, Italba introduced a small line of freshly prepared artisan pastas and sauces, focaccia and desserts (for delivery and collection) all prepared from scratch using the finest local and organic products where possible.
Once restrictions lift Nelson will also be available for private dining, pop ups, pasta making workshops.
