The longest established sea salt maker in Scotland we make a multi-award winning 100% natural sea salt crystal with real depth of flavour but 'soft' finish making it suitable for both sweet and savoury dishes. Based on the Isle of Skye we were the first UK producer to use an innovative, eco-friendly solar evaporation process by placing ponds inside polytunnels and the first company to make sea salt on the Isle of Skye for 300 years.
