The Hayes family have been farming their land for over 400 years in Tipperary. The farm is based on an old monastic site dating back over 500 years with Ireland's oldest standing church on site.
For over 30 years the Hayes family have dedicated themselves to the production of the highest quality cream cheese and yogurt products while recognising the need to continually evolve to meet the needs of our customers.
To this day all production takes place on the family farm with milking coming from our own herd and this milk is used to make over 30 varieties of creams, cheeses and yogurts.
