Green Saffron is an award-winning family business based in Midleton, Co. Cork, Ireland. We began life in 2007 as a Farmers’ Market stall at Mahon Point after founder Arun Kapil asked his cousin to send him over ‘real spices’ from India.
We offer a range of 100% natural, certified Vegan friendly, certified Coeliac friendly (Gluten Free) Indian jarred sauces, packet spice blends, Aged AAA grade basmati rice, Naan and our family recipe Mango chutney. Low in salt, sugars and fats our products provide a simple way to make delicious, healthy, authentic Indian meals for the whole family to enjoy.

The company is also involved in multiple projects on the ground in India promoting programmes including women’s rights and pesticide-free agricultural practices.
