I am a plant biologist turned vegetable grower located just outside Ballyduff, Co. Waterford. I produce healthy, nutritious food, which is in season, without the use of sprays, GMO's or inorganic fertilisers.
I grow on very small scale: just about half an acre. I farm by hand, without a tractor, because I like keeping my feet on the ground, and it allows me to see each plant and focus on growing the highest quality produce I can. I also practice no-till, focus on keeping my soil biology healthy, and grow nutrient-dense food for you.
