Born in London of Galwegian parents, Louise Fahy settled in Kinvara and decided to bring a little sweetness to the area in the form of her chocolate bars, truffles and other chocolate treats. Handmade with love, she uses the finest Belgian Chocolate, mostly creating her treats from dark chocolate. She trades weekly at the Kinvara Farmer’s market and at pop-ups throughout Galway.
