Doyle butchers is a family owned and operated farm and butchers shop in the town of Dunlavin Co. Wicklow . We produce all our own beef and lamb from our farm just 1 km down the road. Our ‘field to fork approach’ allows us to have a hands on approach in every stage of production and leads us to believe that our product is of premium quality. We like to think we do things in the traditional way, so we hand make all our own sausages and burgers, and we dry cure all our own bacon. We dry age and hang all our beef for a minimum of 21 days.
