Dingle Farm is a small family run farm located west of Dingle town, in the heart of the West Kerry Gaeltacht, under the shadow of the majestic Mount Brandon. Our cows graze on grass enriched by the salty sea air fresh from the Atlantic.
We produce artisan dairy products using milk from our own cows. The milk is pasteurised but not homogenised. The cream rises to the top, just shake the bottle well before use or drink with the cream on top and taste the richness of real milk. This creaminess can also be tasted in our cheese, plain or flavoured soft and semi hard cheese. Use it for breakfast, dinner or lunch. If you like cheesecake, our soft cheese is only divine as the main ingredient. Our buttermilk is made using whole milk and gives a light airiness to your baking, you will taste the difference.
