The Dalkey Food Company is a creative cooking collective with a true passion for food.
Set up in 2010 by Dalkey local, Ballymaloe trained chef Ivan Varian, it is the result of a brainwave, a leap of faith and many hours over a stove.
We supply our artisan soups and breads to cafes, pubs and stores. We make delicious Sorbets and Soups for the retail sector. We offer cookery classes, helping people of any level to gain more confidence in the kitchen. We also offer Private Cheffing services with tailored menus to suit every individual need of our clients
