Cuil Meala Honey

I am a beekeeper from north Wexford, on the border with Wicklow and Carlow. I sell all my honey locally, both from my home and to various small shops. I also attend a local farmers market, where I get a chance to talk to customers about my honey and about beekeeping in general. My honey is a totally natural food product which is neither blended or overheated. My bees main nectar sources are hawthorn, clover, brambles, and various wild flowers, giving the honey a light appearance and a mild flavour.
