Cortado Coffee was born in December 2016 in Ballintemple, Cork having been in development for the past 13 years.
Michelle & I met in Granada, Spain where our local coffee shop sold the most amazing Cortados!
A Cortado is a simple drink demonstrating both the taste of a beautiful espresso and the skills of the expert barista.
We source speciality coffee direct from farmers in Central America and roast here in Ireland.
We want to highlight speciality coffees, how & where we source them & brew them for you without the fuss.
Our partner farmers are proud of what they grow and we want to do it justice... 'From the moment the coffee is picked you can only take away from its quality...'
We supply our coffee through our 3 locations and have begun to offer our coffee for sale for home-brewing.
We aim to serve the best coffee we can every day.
