We grow our Coole Farm salad leaves at our home farm just outside Ardee in Co. Louth.
The leaves are grown in harmony with nature. We do not use any artificial fertilisers or pesticides. This combined with the naturally fertile limestone soil, creates the perfect growing environment for our produce.
These special growing conditions, along with Mark’s expertise, allows the natural flavours of the leaves to burst through.
We harvest and deliver to our customers on the same day, to ensure they can enjoy some of the freshest leaves in Leinster!
