Churriosity is husband and wife team John & Aisling. Sharing a love of good food along with a passion for travelling and exploring, while on honeymoon in Spain, we discovered our mutual love of churros. To make authentic churros just like the ones we tasted in Spain we trained with a master churrero in Spain. Combining what we had learned with a recipe from a Spanish friend we knew we had the perfect ingredients to open Waterford’s first Churreria.
We use only high quality oil, special flour sourced in Spain, and our churro dough is made fresh daily with every batch of churros handcrafted and cooked to order.
