Butlers family farm

On our farm in South Kilkenny we rear free range poultry and rare breed outdoor pigs. We bring our pigs to a local butcher for processing and sell our pork, bacon, hams and sausages direct to customers through farmers markets and to locals.
Our pigs enjoy a natural life outdoors and have bedded pig huts to keep them warm and comfortable. They take longer to mature and the meat they produce is delicious. Our customers tell us it reminds them of the meat they had growing up and once they've tried outdoor pork they wouldn't go back.
