Brookfield Farm is an award winning farm in Tipperary. Our careful and sustainable farming produces delicious farm food - lamb, potatoes, jerusalem artichokes, raw honey - and beeswax candles all traditionally produced and minimally processed. We value the relationship between farmer and consumer, and want to deliver our farm produce direct from our farm to your home.
RAW IRISH HONEY
Our local bee hives and hive shares produce raw Irish honey harvested from our farm’s specially sown 3 hectares of organic clover, wildflower meadows, blackberries, and tree blossoms. Our Blas na hÉireann award winning raw honey is cold filtered to preserve the delicate flavour, enzymes, proteins and anti-oxidants.
