Blazing Salads is an independent family run business . We have been trading for over 40 years . Throughout that time we have had 2 restaurants an Organic Bakery and now thrive on Drury Street Dublin 2 with our whole food Deli , where we celebrate 20 years in business in September . In January 2020 we opened FLIP vegan, vegetarian burger in the Georges Street Arcade , Dublin 2.
We produce all our foods in our kitchen at our deli and make food that tastes good and is also nutritious. We use organic flours, oats, seeds, grains. Our oils are of very high quality or extra virgin . If we are using sweeteners we only use organic maple syrup or organic apple concentrate or dates.
We use tofu, tahini, soya sauce, miso and high quality vinegars . We do our best to be innovative in our cooking to bring you the very best in vegetarian, vegan wholefood desserts, cakes, veggie burgers, savouries, soups and main meals and Organic breads. We also have a selection of frozen meals and soups , and cater for home parties and office events .
