Berna's Dressings
Berna is an Irish artisan food producer specialising in natural and quality salad dressings. She blends fresh ingredients together resulting in a delicious dressing for everyday salads and cooking too! Berna offers a no-fuss and honest alternative to other mass produced dressings.
Since 2001, Berna and her husband David ran a much loved delicatessen called Thyme Out in Dalkey, Co. Dublin. In the early years, she began selling her dressings over countless salads and sandwiches. Customers loved them so much, Berna decided to bottle them for sale!
Since selling the delicatessen, she has rebranded her dressings as ‘Berna’s Dressings’. It gives her great pleasure to be able to continue producing her famous dressings, bringing them to a wider range of customers!
Berna currently has 3 dynamic combinations; Basil & Lime, Honey & Mustard and Chilli & Lime, each creating their own unique vibrant flavours.
