A micro brewery established in 2008 in the garden of Tig Bhric a country rural pub on the Dingle Peninsula.
We brew and package all our beers on site using water drawn from the 150 ft well which is beneath the brew house.
Producing over 9 different beers they are all brewed using a top fermenting yeast which we crop from each brew to generate fermentation in the subsequent brew.
The beer styles include Porter, Dark Ale, Golden Ale, Irish Pale Ale, Cask conditioned - draught only, Seasonals with the addition of garden and local botanicals and barrel aged and experimental beers.
For the retail market we package in 500ml bottles & our seasonal beers in 750ml bottles.
All the beers are unfiltered which leaves a little residual yeast in each bottle a gentle pour will prevent this ending up in the bottom of your glass!
