Ballymaloe Cookery School is a 100 acre Organic Farm. We grow a wide range of organic produce, have a small micro dairy where we make yoghurt and butter. Our hens provide us with wonderful organic eggs all year round. We make a 48 or 72 hour sourdough and yeast breads in our small bakery onsite.
