Ballinrostig Organic Cheese is owned and run by husband and wife team, Stephen Bender and Michele Cashman. We have been making cheese in a small purpose build Dairy attached to our home in the village of Ballinrostig, near Whitegate in East Cork since the summer of 2015. In 2018 we converted our entire range to Organic.
