There has been a walled garden at Anaverna since 1806. This year I am growing thirty five different vegetables as well as twenty different fruits and lots of herbs - all without artificial fertilizers or pesticides. If you have forgotten the taste of new potatoes, carrots, peas and other vegetables straight from the garden, you are in for a wonderful surprise.
