ABC was established in Cork's English Market in 1997.
We produce and source a huge range of artisan bread, working closely with the bakers and ingredient suppliers.
We have an extensive range of 100% organic sourdough bread, as well as traditional Irish soda bread and spelt and rye bread. Our bread is made without additives or preservatives, hand made using local ingredients as far as possible, and natural fermentation methods. Time is the essential ingredient.
We are still selling from our stall in the market after all these years...it is the heart of our business and we are delighted to be joining Jenny Rose and Toby in Toonsbridge Neighbourhood food, to offer our bread as part of the range.
