Company established in 2015 called Ali's Kitchen, run by myself Alison Hardy living in Mt Lucas Offaly. I have worked at farmer's markets including Emo . Award winning artisan bakery , awards from Tullamore show. Specialising now in luxury occasion cakes, cupcakes, carrot cake, rocky road, millionaire squares to name a few. I am registered with the HSE with the highest standards of hygiene . I hold a bachelor's honours degree in Hospitality Management and have many years experience in the food and catering Industry. I only use the best produce including belgium chocolate and local free range eggs to make my baking exceptional .
