We make a range of award-winning savoury jellies. These can be used with crackers and cheese, as a topping for many hors d'oeuvres and as a base for sauces and dressings. Our flavours are all quite novel in Ireland and bring a really interesting dimension to any dish. We use all natural ingredients and hand-make small batches that are gluten free, vegan friendly and virtually salt and fat free.
