At 4 Hands we create nourishing food, using chemical-free produce grown as locally as possible. We call upon our extensive knowledge in fermentation to create a range of naturally fermented products, including kimchi, sauerkraut, tonics, and kombucha.
We use sprouting to amplify flavour and increase the nutrition of whole foods, offering you freshly sprouted heritage peas, sprouted pea hummus and a range of dry goods, all grown organically in the UK and Ireland.
Before we do anything we ask ourselves - how nourishing is it? what impact will it have? what is the waste created?
We work with the seasons, using what nature has to offer to add wild touches to our weekly offering.
