Wonderfully delicious, almonds have long been revered as an epitome of wellness and health. The kernels are among the richest sources of health-benefiting nutrients essential for optimum health. A handful of almonds a day provides much of recommended levels of minerals, vitamins, and protein, indeed it contains antioxidants, vitamin E, good fats and proteins. Thanks to that, they can be a great snack to have before hitting the gym, they are also an excellent early morning energy booster and boost your immunity.

How does it work?

1. Choose your product. Most products are sold in multiples of 100g or less. So for example, if you would like 500g of rice, choose 100g x 5 etc.

2. In keeping with our zero waste ethos. Your product will be packaged in a glass jar where possible. This jar is post consumer and has been cleaned and sterilised for reuse. Please decant the product into your own container as soon as you can. Then return the jar to your Neighbour Food drop off point where it will be collected for further use.
