Pumpkin seeds are edible, flat, oval-shaped seeds. When removed from the flesh of a pumpkin, they can be rinsed and roasted, either plain or with other flavours such as oils and spices, to create a delicious, crunchy snack. Eating only a small amount of them can provide you with a substantial quantity of healthy fats, magnesium and zinc.

How does it work?
1. Choose your product. Most products are sold in multiples of 100g or less. So for example, if you would like 500g of rice, choose 100g x 5 etc.
2. In keeping with our zero waste ethos, your product will be packaged in a glass jar where possible. This jar is post consumer and has been cleaned and sterilised for reuse.
Please decant the product into your own container as soon as you can. Then return the jar to your Neighbour Food drop off point where it will be collected for further use.
