A punchy sweet syrup of fragrant Cardamom with a bite of fresh root ginger. Versatile as it is delicious, drizzle over ice cream, yoghurt, porridge. Serve over ice with soda, splash a dash Prosecco (Official Oscars Cocktail 2019!) or in G&T but equally good in just tonic water & ice. But really comes into its own, diluted with hot water as a tea . . . . also crackin in a Coffee !
