Real Olive Co & Toons Bridge Dairy - Chorizo On A String (Spicy)

Product made with a blend of pork meat and chopped and minced raw streaky bacon, with additional salt, paprika and garlic, kneaded and stuffed into natural pork casing, which has undergone an ageing-drying process, which is characterised by its red colour and flavour characteristics.

TEXTURE: Firm consistency and compact to the touch, but soft when cut.
COLOURING AND ASPECT WHEN CUT: Homogenous, smooth and well bound cut, with an intense, stable red colour in the meat and with a net difference between fragments of meat and lard.
AROMA AND FLAVOUR: characteristic, provided primarily by the spices and condiments, together with the curing process.
