MGC - Fresh Irish Mint - Bag

Freshly picked flavoursome Irish herbs, grown chemical free outdoors. Rich in essential oils, antioxidants and nutrients they're a great way to add more plants to your food / drinks.
Infusing mint & raspberries/lemon/cucumber in your water in the fridge gives it an oomph without any added sugar. Add boiling water for a herbal tea / tisane.

*Tip*: Lengthen life by soaking in water for 45 min & storing in the fridge under a damp paper towel or cloth. Works for salad leaves too.
