Irish Hedgerow - Hibiscus Flower Cordial

Irish Hedgerow hibiscus flower cordial won gold at the Blas na hEireann 2018 Irish Food Awards. It is made with hibiscus flowers, sugar and water with a dash of our signature Tipperary elderflower extract. Dilute it with still or sparkling water for a refreshing drink, use as a syrup on ice-cream or in your own cocktail creations. Can also be used in baking etc as a natural way of obtaining a deep pink colour. Refrigerate after opening. See photo 4 for ingredients.
