Family run business producing healthy home made savoury muffins containing organic fruit and vegetables, free range eggs and many superfoods such as chai seeds, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds. These muffins are very tasty and there are different types to choose from such as Spinach, cheese and onion, carrot, apple and honey, sweet potato and chilli, sun dried tomato and pesto, cauliflower and cheese etc. They are delicious heated and paired with soup or simply enjoy them on their own with some butter or cream cheese!
No artificial colours or flavours and no salt or sugar added.

Shelf life: 3 - 4 days in an airtight container. Suitable for freezing.
