Tomás's confidence to supply Man of Aran Fudge publicly started when he won a Great Taste Award 20 years ago for Tiger Butter Fudge and Baileys Fudge since then the range of flavours have grown including ( his personal favourite) Zesty Lemon Fudge, Salted Caramel Fudge and Caramel & Vanilla Twist. We had plenty of fudge on the shelves in March that was slowly drying out so we added some flour and turned it into some very tasty biscuits....these are so delicious that we decided to bring them to market too.
