The story behind A Backhäusl comes from my passion for food. I love a proper homemade treat but also all things cute and dreamy. So I have been combining all these things and created A Backhäusl. I hope to bring as much joy into everyone's life as it is for me creating & baking them. I have moved to Ireland in 2015 but originally from Munich, Germany and I'd like to say: "Munich, where we have as many bakeries as Ireland has pubs."
